1) I just sent an email. When can I expect a response?

**Based on current volume, you can generally expect a reply within 1-2 business days. Emails are responded to in the order they are received; please refrain from sending any follow-up before that time, so that we may assist you in the most efficient manner possible.

2) What is the status of my order?

Please allow 24 hours after placing your order for the status of your order to be updated.

We typically take 2-4 business days to process orders. Please check your order shipping confirmation email to track your order while it’s in transit.

3) I received a tracking number but my status has not been updated:

Our system emails you as soon as your order is being processed by our warehouse team with a shipping confirmation. We are currently experiencing an increase in packing times from when you received the initial email to when your package physically leaves our warehouse. Please check the tracking link for further information. If your tracking information has not been updated, please contact your shipping provider, we have the same information as you once your order has been received by the shipping provider. Please contact them about shipments prior to contacting us as we will also advise you to contact the shipping provider. 

4) I would like to cancel my order:

If you have not received an order shipment confirmation email, please send us an email requesting and order cancellation. If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Once you receive your item you can take advantage of our easy returns/ exchange process and be issued a store credit as stated in our return policy or exchange for a different product. 5) I need to change my shipping address:

Please email us with your correct shipping details as soon as possible. In the event that your order has already been shipped, please send us an email and we will work with you to get your items to the correct address.

6) My item doesn't fit/ I don't like it  and I would like to return it:

Please follow our Returns Policy to be issued a return label and store credit towards your purchase. Unfortunately, due to the high-demand and fast-paced nature of our business we cannot confirm the availability of items for exchanges by mail. Please visit our easy returns policy on our website at:

7) I returned my order, when will my store credit be issued?

Our Returns Department typically takes 5-7 business days after receiving an item to issue you a gift card. You will receive an email once your gift card has been issued.
