3 Headwrap Tutorials You Don’t Want to Miss

At Cee Cee’s Closet, our headwraps come in many different colors, sizes, and patterns, so you will be sure to find the perfect one for you. The beauty of these headwraps is that there are so many ways to tie and style them -- one sista might tie hers completely different from another sista, but they are both uniquely gorgeous in their own way.

These three ladies showed us their take on how to tie our headwraps, and you will LOVE the three final products.

First we have Kailyn, who showed how she ties a lite solid headwrap -- in this case, a beautiful lime green one. She has luscious curly hair and some bangs that we wouldn’t want to see tucked away and forgotten. She wraps her hair, twists the front into a spiral, and voila, there you have it! This look is distinctive, and looks like a lot of effort was put into it, when in reality it only took a minute. The spiral in the front immediately catches our eyes when admiring this look, and it’s apparent that lime green is her color! Here is a simple way to enhance your look while still exposing your curls.

The second tutorial is a little different, being that Taz (@_bytaz) doesn’t have as much hair to wrap around. Instead, she rolls up a separate headwrap and puts it in a hair net to give the illusion of a big bun on the top of her head. With the beautiful, deep green velvet, royal-looking headwrap, she IS slaying the game. She looks regal, sophisticated, and stylish, even though it only took a few steps to achieve this look (don’t worry, no one has to know how easy this was). The cool tones in the wrap, and the warm tones in her skin work hand in hand to deliver a perfect combination of smooth and fierce. This tutorial proves that you don’t need long hair to do a style that you want! Make do with what you have, sis.

Lastly, we have Destinee showing us how to wrap the Bani headwrap, displaying a beautiful color combination of a bright pink base, and a white and navy snake design traveling throughout. After wrapping, tying, twisting, and covering, the final product is out of a movie. The colors in the headwrap bring out her facial features, rather than overpowering them. The top part of the wrap adds height and dimension to her whole look. The best thing about this look: it took just over two minutes to complete, so if you’re in a rush and your hair isn’t cooperating, this look is perfect for you.

There you have it! You won’t even break a sweat when completing these looks.
